BlendTalk Radio(tm) - What is it? How does it fit into the OBA and 1Upcash?

I'm constantly being told that people need to get to know you to feel comfortable
buying from you. In certain situations that is true. But it negates the power
of the radio and commercials. While Network Marketing Companies and Direct Sellers
claim that traditional advertising is dead. It really is a misconception.

Rather there is still a good way offer before commercials are no longer viable. The truth is that most people really don't understand the science behind the 1 Minute/30 second spot. It's for building relationships.

I as recently asked to appear on a radio show for a particular program. Normally I would have hopped immediately on the opportunity. But, I had to ask myself. "What is the purpose of the show?" "Would my participation as a guest lend to it's purpose?"

Now I need to confess I have an awfully big ego. And I love to toot my own horn. But, I understand that as I'm being more successful I need to be more cautions in what I put out into the public least it come back to haunt me later.

Hence the creation of "The Disclaimer" results vary from individual to individual. I'm kinda at a cross roads in my promotions. Do we Pump of Clarence Coggins? Do we Pump up the Companies created by Clarence Coggins? Why not do both?

I'm going to appear on the show, because it would be rude not to, especially since I don't have any conflicting scheduling. Besides, I realize that a lot of my material I'm doing I won't directly benefit from. So I have to gently tell my ego. What you are doing is for those who come after you. You have been designated "TRAILBLAZER" and most trailblazers don't really get to enjoy fully the fruits of their labor.

It is nice though when people do join the OBA and Buck Fifty Miracle because it allows me another opportunity to enjoy a preview those fruits right here and right now.

Lease Ad Space Stacked Income OBA

This weekend was a great weekend. Not just because I had regular computer clients but because I received two Adspace leases. It really made my day to see "You have another Adspace Lease".

Now you may have noticed I used the word lease instead of sale. That's because Adspaces bring you into world Advertising from a slightly different perspective. With a much lower entry cost and overhead expenses.

You're Probably Right!!!

Success can sometimes inflate the ego. When coupled with excessive expectation and a fear of loss/failure it can be a dangerous combination. I had to face up to the fact that my success with the online business alliance was incomplete.

I was making sales. I was making money. But I still wasn't building an organization.

This meant I had to go back to scratch. It meant I had to recognize that I had to learn what it took to be successful with 1 up cash system and build a team. Team building is what I'm focusing on this next segment of my development.

So this is what I did today:

1. I made a flyer for off line marketing. This is because I had most of my income success of the last few years from flyer distribution. I had stopped my off line marketing when I started marketing the OBA. That was an error on my part. If something is working don't stop doing, find ways to enhance it.

2. I went out and spent about 3 hours distributing about 500 flyers. I had a 1/2 lunch break.

3. Last night I had downloaded free leads and put them in my bulk emailer. I found that over 60% of the leads were not valid. This didn't discourage me because I was looking at the emails that went through. The two lessons I learned were that it is important you set your email on read receipt. The second is to set up a second email account to use for the emails to send mail failure notices.

4. I got from my 1 Up Coach two classified sites to post ads on. I'll be doing that after I finish this entry. I also made a snapvine post this morning.

5. I streamed Money Chat with Steph and Stat over Hudson Liberty TV and Broadcasting Services
