Dirty Little Secret - When The Adsense Bubble Burst

I just got this from Michelle MacPhearson on the top people in the Internet Marketing Game.

Hey Clarence!

Even though it's Saturday, I'm taking a few minutes out of family time to tell you about something that has been a long time coming. I got started in true "internet marketing" in 2005. At the time, lots of guys were making a killing building made-for- adsense sites, receiving checks in the tens of thousands from Google every month.

When the Adsense bubble burst, most of those folks lost their income and turned back to building 'white hat' sites; that is, sites that were actually of value to their visitors & contained unique content. Now, I'm no programmer, no script kiddie, so building sites from scratch wasn't an easy task for me then, and isn't now.

I found most of the "site building' scripts available weren't effective after the adsense bubble burst - Google was on to what people were doing, and a site built like that would get blacklisted so fast it'd make your head spin. Of course, if you're a designer or a programmer, building sites was, and still is, pretty easy. But I'm neither - so I've kept my eye out for a way to QUICKLY build rank-pulling sites that doesn't require a Computer Science degree and actually WORKS. What's more, I want something that isn't Adsense-only, because as you might know, Adsense still isn't a top earner for most folks anymore.

It's more important to be able to get affiliate offers out to people too - so you need to have flexibility (and ease) in changing, adding to and formatting the ads and types of ads that appear on your site. It's been 3 years since I got started, and about 2 months ago, I found that script, the script I'd wished for not only when I was brand spanking new but also wished for to this day. Here's just a sampling of what it does:

* Add articles or pull articles from article directories
* Build a unique page for each keyword you're targeting
* Add YouTube videos
* Add Flickr images
* Integrates a built-in blog
* Manage affiliate product promotions
* Adsense ready
* Customizable templating system and customizable CSS
* Edit site descriptions, meta keywords, title, etc. so no 2 sites are the same
* Custom header and footer
* Add your own logo image
* Rearrange the order all content appears on the site
* Add your own images
* Build-in updating system (new features have been added almost weekly since this was released)
* Automatic site map generation
* Automatic RSS feed generation (for the main site and the blog add-in)

Regarding my qualifying sale, I only put out two or three ads, ONE TIME. I had just not taken the time to promote 1UpCashSystem. With those couple of one-time ads I got one person to sign up, and HE bought in!

That certainly gives me a picture of what the potential is if I actually promote this program.
